Coronavirus

If you think you have any COVID-19 symptoms (fever and/or chils, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, decrease or loss of smell or taste, muscle aches or joint pain, extreme tiredness, runny or stuffy/congested nose, headache, nausea, vomiting and/or diarrhea, abdominal pain, pink eye, decreased or no appetite [young children only]) stay home while you are sick to prevent transmission to others, except for testing or medical care if required.

We continue to ask patients to call the Summerville Family Health Team clinic if they suddenly have COVID symptoms before coming into to the clinic. If you think you need a COVID-19 test, assessment or treatment, you can:
